Remember how I said Cassidy loved to get dirty? Here are the latest pics to attest to that very fact. This is how she came running to meet me at daycare today. In her Elmo\Zoe swimsuit, with Doritos cheese and dirt all over her face. She wasn't wearing any shoes so her feet and her hands were the same color: DIRT BROWN. They call her Pig-Pen at daycare. She is not a girlie-girl, that's for sure.
One thing she doesn't like though, is the sprinkler. She did freak out at Meg's yesterday and again today at daycare Mary told me she cried when it was turned on. Geez, she is so dramatic.
We are trying to teach Cassidy that Aunty Meg is about to have another baby. She can answer the questions, Who's having a baby? "Ma" Where is the baby? she points to her belly and\or lifts her shirt and Will it be a boy baby like Brady or a girl baby like Cassidy? "BIBI" I don't know if her answer is correct, but we only have to wait another 3 weeks to find out. Those Case kids usually come early, so we may know in less than 3 weeks.

These are some pics I took today while we were playing in the yard and of course 1 more after she was all cleaned up, watching her Dora show before bed. That is why her gaze is distant, it is focused on the TV. Cassidy is starting to speak in some sentences. She said this on the way home today: "I wan go Dadda's howsh." Obviously that translates into I want to go to Daddy's house. She usually says that sentence but replaces the Dadda's with other people, like Ma-Bibi's (Meg\Brady) or Pa's (great grandpa across the street). Sometimes she even say "my howsh", which is the pink and white playhouse seen in the pictures here.

Unfortunately I lost my brand new camera. I have only a few pictures to post and they were taken with my old camera that has a tendency to blur images. Last weekend we went to Canobie Lake Park , an amusement park in southern N.H. www.canobielake.com We had a great time, took lots of pictures, went on lots of rides (both kiddie and adult rides). When we were leaving I stopped in the parking lot to take a picture of the HUGE full moon and when I got home later that night it was no where to be found. I have made repeated calls to the lost and found, but it was not turned in. Anyway... here are some of the things you won't be seeing-
1. Cassidy and Brady on their 1st ride, it was on a 2 seater firetruck. As soon as it ended Cassidy said "I want more" and Brady used his sign for more.
2. Brady signing more.
3. Cassidy and Brady riding on the kiddie boats, Brady leaning over and dipping his hand in the water.
4. Brendan making a toothy grin on the bumper cars.
5. Leeny holding her hand over her bangs so they didn't get wet on the wettest ride.
I am sad to think I had an entire memory stick full of photos. But sadder still the camera was only 1 month old. Here's to overtime!!!!!Maybe I can get a new camera before too long.
Cassidy is doing well on the potty. She is still telling me poop when she has to go and I put her on her seat and after a few minutes and a little wandering in the bathroom low and behold a poop!!!
Today we bought one of the insert potty seats for the big potty and she peed on the big potty twice today. We'll have to see how this works out. She has started putting thoughts together now. After watching the Red Sox on tv, she said "Mama, Doodoo hiit ba"
translation "Mama, Brendan hit the ball". We spent a lot of time at Brendan's baseball games so far this summer.
