Ok, so it took a few more days than I thought. Things at home have been good. Cassidy has had a bit of trouble over the past few weeks with some minor leg issues. I am not sure exactly what happened either time but the Sunday prior to Thanksgiving she tweeked her leg somehow and although she had no bruising, swelling or scratches she was unable to bear any weight on it until Tuesday afternoon. It was difficult to have to carry her everywhere, but she kept telling us "I no walk, momma carry me". Her left knee would buckle after 2 steps and she would fall to the ground. A visit to the MD on Monday morning showed no problems with range of motion in any of her joints (hip, knee and ankle). We kept her off it for a few days and by late Tuesday she was walking again. Low and behold last night at the mall something happened, this time to her foot, and she is not walking again. It has only been for the past 15 hours so I am not sure if it is serious, or if she just wants us to carry her again. She is refusing to take any steps this morning but is crawling on her knees to get around. I will update again later today.
Other than that....Cassidy likes to wear dresses now. I have been buying some on Ebay so she can wear them to daycare without ruining her nice dresses. She has found great interest in a little hallmark penguin\snowman display that plays Christmas music at the touch of a button. Unfortunately, she keeps telling me "I no like Santa" and "HO-HO bring me that" (to pretty much everything princess or babydoll she sees on TV. We will probably go out and get our tree next weekend and I am hoping that will put her in the Holiday spirit. She has recently found her Dora dvds, and realized that she can watch any time she wants. Instead of saying "I want a show please" she now says "I want a movie". That last picture is her kissing Ethan. Yes, he really is that big already.
